2. Use License

Permission is granted to use VoltBee for commercial and personal projects, subject to the following conditions:

• You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• You must not resell or redistribute VoltBee's API access

3. Pricing and Payments

VoltBee charges a flat 3% transaction fee on all sales processed through our platform. This fee is deducted before funds are transferred to your Stripe account.

• No monthly fees or subscription costs
• Payment processing handled through Stripe Connect
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your API keys
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these terms
• Your use poses a security risk
• You engage in fraudulent activity

7. Limitation of Liability

VoltBee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
